A few weeks ago, Aman Jain, who was once part of our core tech team reached out. After Zypp, he had moved on to explore other opportunities in the EV space at BluSmart. But when things took an unexpected turn at Blu, I welcomed him back with open arms..Aman now leads AI/ML, SaaS roadmap as Senior Director, Technology at Zypp.
While one of our core hiring values has always been to not hire from other EV startups. Not because the talent isn’t great, but because we believe in protecting the ecosystem we’re all trying to build together. But for such circumstances, being an industry veteran, we felt it’s our responsibility to help.
