For the longest time, I used to say this for every perfume my father got from Air Force Station canteen. I'd often joke with papa, asking him to bring home an "attractive" perfume, but vo hadd mehenge milte they and India ka to koi brand hi nhi hota tha.
But aaj hai. Recently, I bought these three perfumes for myself, papa and mummy and ab ye CSD mein bhi aane laga hai.
But the interesting part is not just the fragrance of these perfumes but the story of how it was founded.
This is the story of BellaVita, I bet you'll enjoy it a lot:)
👉So back in 2018, Aakash’s mom ran a salon in Gurgaon. To get more customers, she started creating homemade skincare and haircare products, they instantly became a hit. People started coming to her salon just to buy her cosmetics.
Seeing the popularity, Aakash thought —why not sell these on Amazon?
👉He quit his job, mastered Amazon marketing from YouTube tutorials, and launched Bella Vita Organic. The brand quickly solved the need for quick, easy, and affordable skincare solutions.
From creams for dark lips caused by smoking to scrubs for dark necks, Bella Vita Organic offered INSTANT results.
The result?
👉A booming business pulling in ₹2.5 crores in sales every month!
🔴But Aakash didn’t stop there. He spotted a huge gap in the luxury perfume market. No one was offering high-quality scents at accessible prices. By pricing perfumes between ₹500-700, Aakash was determined to fill this gap.
The team sourced the finest natural essential oils from France, Spain, and Italy, adding a desi Indian twist to cater to all fragrance preferences—floral, woody, musky, or spicy.
🔴Marketing was TRICKY.
When they didn't get their first model for Influencer marketing, Aakash stepped in front of the camera with an honest message: "We may not know marketing, but we know how to create phenomenal products at fair prices."
This genuine appeal resonated with many, and suddenly, the video went viral!
✅Aakash played this cool game in malls where he’d ask random people to guess the brand and price of their perfumes. The responses were eye-opening—many were willing to pay up to ₹5000, yet the actual price was just ₹499!
✅This approach not only debunked myths about pricing and quality but also set Bella Vita apart in the crowded market.
✅Fast forward, and today Bella Vita pulls in a whopping ₹40 crore a month proving that aap Indian consumer ki problem ko really mein solve krdo to dil kholke paisa denge.
💡Insight - Indian Consumers are lazy, they want the fastest, easiest, and cheapest solution.
