How to scale your agency so fast it feels illegal:

1st things first, create an offer.

The offer must be a no-brainer for your target audience.

If you do ‘anything, for anyone’ it’s first hard to target an ideal client.

It’s also hard for any client to think you’re an ideal agency.

How about targeting a specific industry,

With a specific solution:
- Social Media for SAAS.
- Link Building for Lawyers.
- SEO for Ecom.
- Paid Media for b2b.
- Lead Generation for Local Tradesmen.
- Content for Therapists.
- Creatives for paid ad agencies.

The front end offer can be a ‘one off’ that leads into a retainer on the back end.

(Some people like to have a date before they get married)

Name your ideal client.

Speak only to him or her in your landing page/website.

Next, Cold email.

Cold email is under-rated, and super low cost.

Once you have your ICP, you can have someone build a prospect list of thousands.

Go on Upwork/Fiverr and you can get this done for $100-$200.

You can then target them with a cold email that aims to get a reply.

You are not aiming to sell with this email.

If I was selling SEO to Ecom, I might email something like this:

‘Hey, I found a couple of keywords you are spending a lot of money on ads for, that you could rank for organically very easily with a couple tweaks. This could save you thousands in clicks. I’m recording a short loom to go over this, is this the best email to send it to?’

Expect 1-2% replies from cold email. Even to a super targeted list. So volume is key.

You can continuously cold email, and build more prospects.

Next. Ads.

Ads are the straightest most consistent, predictable line from cold prospect to customer.

Google ads - simple. Run ads on keywords related to what you’re selling.

Send to landing page, with option to pay and onboard, or book a call, depending on your offer.

Social media ads like FB, Insta (meta), need more thought. You are interrupting people why they look at cat pictures with your SEO offer.

So instead of going in for the kill - offer a free masterclass/webinar/guide.

You can give away a lot in the ‘freebie’ like the strategy, but position yourself as the DFY option, lead into a call.

If you collect their email - you can then retarget through an automation.

Experiment with the ‘funnel’ until you hit on something that converts well to your offer.

Once you have the winning campaign scale it up.

So - Offer - Cold email - ads.

There is more, but they are less consistent and predictable.

Personal brand, social, organic leads etc. Even cold sales, but I’m not a fan of that one.

The key is the killer offer - if you don’t have this, your agency blends into the 100s of other agencies offering ‘anything to anyone’.

I recorded a short vid on my YT going over this more, if you want the link, just comment ‘scale’.
