- Hire a big inhouse team for all of the deliverables (never outsource).
- Bill hourly, never bill by value, performance or ROI.
- Work on invoicing terms, allow clients to pay 30 days later.
- Rely on referrals, NEVER build a self sustaining ad funnel.
- Spend months building a super pretty website, rebuild it every year.
- Never try to rank your own agency site, SEO leads are "bad".
- Make clients "hop on a call" with the CEO to enquire and onboard.
- Have super low pricing and run deals to be "more competitive".
- Don't ever post case studies and methodology on Linkedin.
