What You’ll Own:
Lead full-spectrum operations: logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, and execution excellence.
Design scalable, tech-driven systems that enable high-velocity growth.
Mentor and grow multi-regional, cross-functional teams.
Align ops strategy with broader business goals through close collaboration.
Use data and innovation to remove friction and optimize processes.
Drive accountability through robust performance metrics and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
12+ years in operations/supply chain/logistics, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Hands-on experience in scaling ops in fast-growth or startup environments.
Sharp problem-solver with a strategic mindset and bias for execution.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across org levels.
Domain experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or food logistics is a plus.
