I’m a busy real estate professional looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me part-time with admin and marketing tasks. You’ll play a key role in keeping things organized and helping me connect with potential leads.

• Manage and organize CRM (lead tagging, notes, follow-ups)
• Keep inbox tidy + flag/respond to important emails
• Create and schedule simple marketing materials (flyers, social posts, newsletters)
• Regularly track and follow up with leads
• Light data entry and appointment scheduling

💻 Requirements:
• Experience in real estate or supporting real estate professionals
• Familiar with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, etc.
• Skilled with Canva or similar design tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Responsive, organized, and proactive
