#1 Content Marketing Executive: Ditto runs a YouTube channel with over 5k subscribers and an average viewership of 5-10k views.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, would be to scale our YouTube, hone your skill in insurance policy research, & create a lot of fun video content for the Ditto team. Suitable for someone who genuinely enjoys video content.

#2 Founders office - Marketing: In this founder's office role, you'll be tasked with a very interesting challenge: Scaling hiring campaigns.

You'll be working with relevant marketing & hiring teams to craft successful campaigns across multiple platforms & channels- ranging from social media to college communities. For this, you need to be someone who loves creative marketing, analytics, and solving business problems.

#3 Graphic Designer: One of our infographics on LinkedIn hit 170k likes. Let me just say that graphical content stands at the heart of Ditto & Finshots. So there's no better role than this to try new designs, color schemes & fonts on a daily basis.

#4 Video Editor: Help our content teams at Ditto & Finshots scale their video content. We have Ditto's YouTube as well as our 2nd channel - FinshotsTV with a subscriber base of 50k. If you're someone who wants to work on edits of new & fresh video content every day, this role is for you.

#5 Senior Financial Editor: At Finshots, we don't simply report news, we make it accessible and digestible for the Indian millennial. You'd be working on creating compelling newsletter content on the latest happenings in the world of finance in a story-telling-driven format that makes information more insightful and less intimidating.
