This is a Chief of Staff role at a well-funded, Seed-stage B2B SaaS startup that's building a supply chain optimisation solution for leading D2C brands in the US—think Unilever, Levis, Dermalogica, and more.
🌍 Location: Remote (PST hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
💰 Compensation: ₹30–45 LPA
🧠 Reports to: The Founder/CEO
📈 Stage: Seed
What you’ll do:
– Be the founder’s right hand: represent them in meetings, keep priorities on track
– Own critical parts of our US sales & GTM engine — think outreach, follow-ups, closing coordination
– Drive high-speed execution sprints in growth, ops, or partnerships
– Build internal systems and processes that scale
– Help the company move faster, with more focus and less chaos
