Our first leg of growth came from social media & YouTube as a channel. We respect the kind of consumer that can be acquired through an intent channel like search.
This SEO lead will build an engine to make search our primary channel to drive traffic from the top 15% - 2.5 Crore top white-collar professionals in the country. A lot more is being launched apart from what the world has seen GrowthX® build & market.
This will involve —
- Understand the ideal customer we are going after.
- Build a strategy to find our right to win on AI/ Google Search.
- Utilise generative AI tools to optimise & automate content creation
- Perform in-depth keyword research, content audits, & technical seo
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO
- Search performance analysis, curating SEO campaigns
- Being able to advocate & articulate SEO within leadership.
What would be a right fit? (We might be wrong)
- Proven experience working with job portals/ platforms.
- Should have done programmable SEO & technical SEO.
- Gen AI-led SEO; want to get their hands dirty
- Gets site architecture, indexing, crawl optimisation, and structured data.
- Expertise in analysing massive datasets & search performance.
- Ability to communicate complex SEO strategies to the stakeholders.
- Have done this at scale previously. This is a mid-senior role in the org.

However, we understand the search playground has changed and has moved to synthesised information rather than just domain authority. So, the next play will need tweaks.
If this person succeeds, he/she will fundamentally help change the mindset of an entire generation of working professionals in India. That’s the aspiration, nothing less.
