Complaint Against Delivery Partner – Misconduct, Negligence & Repeated Service Failure

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the behavior and actions of a Blinkit delivery partner during a recent order, as well as the repeated failure of Blinkit to ensure proper service standards.

1. The delivery partner refused to come upstairs to deliver the order, which is a basic expectation from a doorstep delivery service. To make matters worse, they threw the product and the key, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.


2. This is not the first time this has happened. Such incidents have occurred multiple times, and it is clear that Blinkit is failing to address the issue effectively.


3. I want to highlight that only Blinkit delivery partners behave in this manner. I have never faced such issues with services like bigbasket or Instamart , where delivery partners are consistently courteous, responsible, and respectful towards customers.


4. In addition to the above, the delivery partner had the audacity to leave the main gate open and walk away without locking it, compromising the security of the entire building. This shows a complete disregard for customer safety.



I am extremely disappointed and angered by this pattern of behavior. If Blinkit delivery partners are not willing to deliver orders to the doorstep, then the service is misleading. Are customers now expected to come down and do the delivery agent’s job themselves?

I demand immediate action be taken against the delivery partner involved and a clear response on how Blinkit plans to prevent such issues in the future. If this matter is not resolved properly, I will be filing a formal police complaint against the company and its delivery personnel.
