I've been experimenting with a lot of AI tools lately — and some of them I genuinely can’t live without. I've even started paying for a few,
and honestly? They’ve delivered 10x the ROI, if not more.
❌ No more writing copy from scratch.
❌ No more building decks slide by slide.
❌ No more manual prospecting.
Here’s a peek at my paid AI stack (~$150–300/month) — it does the work of a lean GTM team:
- ChatGPT / Claude ($20–30) → long-form copy, lead magnets, messaging
- Napkin ($10) → diagrams, visuals, quick hook capture
- Gamma ($25) → decks, landing pages, Notion-style sites
- Easygen ($19) → turn posts into LinkedIn carousels
If you wanna outsource linkedin - Taplio ($49) → remix + schedule content
- Clay ($149) → find + enrich leads with intent-based signals
I also rotate outbound tools depending on the client:
- Lemlist / Salesforge / Empler / Snov.io — you don’t need all of them, but a solid outreach stack should cost $150–200 max if you're sending 2–5K emails/month.
- For organic growth: Ahrefs ($99) → SEO gaps, long-tail traffic
- Fathom (Free) → summarize sales calls + extract objections
- Warmly or similar (Free–$49) → alerts when buyers visit your site
- Notion (Free → $8) → host playbooks, templates, lead magnets
👉 Not everyone needs Clay or fancy warm-up tools right away.
👉 You don’t need $200-1000+ tools like ZoomInfo or Unify to start.
👉 A smart AI stack + part-time intern or generalist marketer is enough to get you to $500K ARR.
DM me if you’re figuring out your AI GTM setup.
This isn’t exhaustive, but it’s a good place to start.
What are the tools you like and I should try?
