When I started at ProfitMetrics back in December 2022, we where less than 10 people.
My initial thought was to take it easy, do my job and don’t think about work after work, but that quickly changed.
I’m a builder, so that’s what I did - and together we grew the company more than 4x in 2.5 years.
Looking back, these are some of the achievements I’m most proud of:
🧠 Quickly developed a deep understanding of the product after just a few weeks.
⚙️ Took over the responsibilities of managing HubSpot, Calendly or Zoom and optimised our internal processes to work more effectively.
🌍 Build a “GOOD, FAST and EFFECTIVE” support team consisting of highly motivated and talented people with a great culture and team spirit despite working remotely across 9 countries and 4 time zones.
📚 Build an extensive knowledge base documenting every single feature and process, generating a massive increase in organic traffic and helping the team resolve tickets faster.
🥇Lead a complete rebranding process updating our messaging and brand identity and in close collaboration with our CEO.
👨💻Manage communication with external developers to created alignment and consistency across all modules, plugins and integrations.
🔧 Created a series of bookmarklets and tools to help the team test and identify any issue related to tracking, consent and overall data quality with just a click of a button.
💡 Learned to read and write JavaScript and create tracking scripts, Custom Pixels for Shopify and Complete Google Tag Manager Tag Templates used by many of our customers today.
🖌️ Create mockups and helped define the UI of various features in the product.
❤️ Lead my team to grow from individual contributors to a cohesive team with shared values and set a high standard for how we listen, understand, help and support our customers resulting in consistent 10/10 support ratings.
… And last but not least: Helped hundreds if not thousands of e-commerce customers with implementing ProfitMetrics.io and track, report, and optimize marketing based on profit and POAS®
I’m truly proud of the work we have done together and I can’t wait to do it all over again somewhere else.
