Excited to share that wudhomes has raised ₹2.5 Cr in its pre-seed round, led by Aviral Bhatnagar of ajvc, with participation from Seekho co-founders Rohit Choudhary, Keertay Agarwal and Yash Banwani.

It started with a very simple thought - it just shouldn’t be this overwhelming and stressful to furnish a home, in fact it should be a thing of joy. Yet the category is fundamentally structured in a way that makes this difficult. Figuring out what works for your space, what goes together and where to find it often means navigating multiple platforms, stores and vendors. And somewhere along the way, the joy gets lost.

The opportunity goes beyond selling furniture. It’s about rethinking how people discover, personalise and furnish their homes by bringing together design, technology, physical retail and an integrated supply chain.

We're building a connected journey from inspiration to fulfilment, helping people move from knowing what they like to actually bringing it to life in their homes.

In just the last few months we've furnished 200+ homes, opened our first retail outlet on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru, introduced home visits, and built our in-house platform to help customers discover, curate, customise, visualise and buy furniture for their homes.

This fundraise will help us build our technology, develop a vertically integrated supply chain and create a differentiated retail experience.
