Our Career Outreach team has back-to-back meetings with companies, trying to understand their talent needs and pitch tailored solutions. But between 100s of meetings, finding time for deep research on each prospect and each company can be tough — and that prep can make or break a conversation.
So, I built an AI agent to automate pre-sales meeting preparation, using three tools I created:
🔹 A tool to research prospects
🔹 A tool to research companies
🔹 A tool to generate a fully customized meeting prep report focused on talent solutions for the prospect and the company
The outcome?
In under 2-3 minutes of processing time, the agent used the 3 tools and pulled together a detailed report — covering prospect background, company insights, potential objections, and suggestions for positioning.
