I recently build an MCP server that:
1. Connects with Claude AI.
2. Listens to your instructions (Generate a lead list of <business_type> in <location>)
3. Automatically finds you leads from Google Map using Serper.
4. Pushes the leads into a Clay table.
5. Generates a CSV file with all the leads so that you can use it anywhere.
