1️⃣ Post the moment that matters.

Just like Kunal Bahl did - he jumped on LinkedIn right when Snapdeal was expanding. So, you should post about your big pivot or new product feature too.

2️⃣ Invite people to join you.

Both Deepinder and Kunal posted open roles with a direct “Reach me at ….” So, whether you need a co-founder, employee or beta users, ask for it. You’ll be surprised how LinkedIn can deliver.

3️⃣ Share an insight that’s bigger than you.

Sanjiv wasn’t talking about HUL, he talked about data transforming our world. Don’t pitch your brand - share the larger trend or idea you’re passionate about.

Your personal brand on LinkedIn should show people exactly what you stand for in a way that’s clear, direct and timely.
