Last night, I was hungry alone at home during the midnight.
I randomly checked if there is anything to eat nearby. Surprisingly there were many options even at 1 am.
I placed an order and within 30 mins I got what I needed.
But also thought, why we always give credit to the founders only for everything?
The order was placed using an app, which must be coded by so many.
The pizza must be prepared by someone (at this time) at Pizza Hut.
The biker went out at 1:30 am for merely few bugs.
And top of it, the funding must be pooled in by so many investors who took risk.
Then why we celebrate founders?
When I compared my own journey with Simply Blood or Change With One Meal.
I realised that Simply Blood could save so many lives because few guys like Achal, Jatin, Saurabh and Neeraj came together to build the platform.
Change With One Meal, could serve 2 million+ meals because people like Yatender Chaji maintained the essence of the cause.
Thousands of people who came forward and contributed every month selflessly.
As a founder, we creates process and if we got lucky, sometimes we finds one of the best team players who follow the set rules believing in our madness aka Vision.
Then I realised, it cannot be just one person who should be appreciated all the time.
And this post is dedicated to every single person who built world class products or brands, without even getting appreciation they deserve.
