What sets it apart is that it can also optimize the agent for costs via techniques, such as model selection, fine tuning, and prompt engineering.

I spoke with Databricks'Hanlin Tang, Moor Insights & Strategy's Robert Kramer, and Constellation Research, Inc.'s Michael Ni to make sense of the new offering, how it works, and how it helps enterprises and how it compares to similar offerings from rivals.
