Customer stories are worth so much more than the URL they're hosted on.
A 1,500-word article might have 5 data points and 10 quotes you could use across slides, posts, PR, board decks, and on and on.
But keeping those nuggets organized and tagged is a pain (and hard to justify when there's more impactful/interesting work).
What if you had a bank of customer quotes and proof-points without copy/pasting a single time?
I wanted that. So I built it with the AirOps hashtagMCP, Notion MCP, + Claude!
For every customer interview, quotes and datapoints are isolated, attributed, tagged with meta-data, and ingested into a set of relational databases with the company's logo and speakers headshot.
Now, my Growth team can ship content with much more customer proof (*ahem Jim Tan, Travis Tyler, Josh Spilker, Julia Bracht)
And my Sales team pull up customer wins for call prep and follow-ups (*ahem Nicole Guercia, Lucas Hulleberg)
PS: This is just part 1 of the build. And honestly it's the extremely simple part.
Next time I'll share the BEAUTIFUL interface I built with hashtagClaudeCode that helps my teammates find the right links/quotes/slides/etc much easier. They don't need to know this big database exists in the background.
Ooh, I can also share the scheduled Cowork skill that automatically adds new customer evidence from around the web every Friday.
