Continuing my Zepto video from yesterday, here's another one I excerpted and combined from the full 40-odd minutes interview by Shereen Bhan with Aadit Palicha.

The maturity and ease with which this literal kid gives out numbers and plans is mind-boggling while the whole world makes fun and some have even started comparing it to silly Byju's. Why? Because they've raised in excess of $1 Billion, a scarcity mindset and plain and simple 'Doubt the David challenging the Goliaths'.

In India, we are armchair experts at this. Humne nahin kara toh woh kaise aur kyun kar rahaein hain? - kuchch toh gadbad hai 🤦🏼‍♂️. From day one, no one accepted the company, now a full-blown commerce category with all giants diving in. Well, don't support but why run someone down?

And this video in itself should be inspiring for all the silly creator economy addicted, GenZ - there are better things to do with your life. Have better role models than silly influencers and podcasters who are getting rich off of you, and not the least bit interested in teaching you anything. See that Warikoo - shamelessly stating how much he earns per hour, per day, and then per year off you! The man will sell anything in the name of motivation.

Don't miss the number of Dark stores now operationally EBIDTA positive and other metrics/terms which might come as a shock to most but are very normal in internet businesses but the majority of founders don't talk of them, as they are distracted building a personal image, brand and being new age celebs. They love to come and give gyan in events and on TV - where is the time to actually work?
