ChatGPT Images 2.0 launched yesterday. Here's how someone will use it to make $1,000,000 in 2026:
Currently, a brand identity package from a traditional agency costs $5,000 to $20,000. A freelance graphic designer charges $75 to $130 an hour. Product photography runs $30 to $500 per product. A full-time graphic designer costs $55,000 to $73,000 a year. Social media creative packages run $500 to $5,000 a month. And businesses are still paying $25 to $69 a month for Shutterstock subscriptions on top of all that, or $199 to $499 per image for premium Getty content.
ChatGPT Images 2.0 topped the Image Arena leaderboard at 1,512 ELO with a 242-point lead over the second place model. That is the largest gap between first and second ever recorded. It generates 2K resolution images, renders multilingual text, produces up to eight consistent images per prompt, and uses thinking-level intelligence to self-check its own outputs before delivering them.

ChatGPT Images 2.0 is available to all ChatGPT users, with advanced features on the $20 a month Plus plan.
That means one person can now build a complete brand identity for a business.
Here is the play:
Step 1: Build brand identities and creative packages for small businesses. There are over 36 million small businesses in the United States. Most of them are using a logo their nephew made in 2015, stock photos from page three of Google Images, and social media graphics that look like they were made in PowerPoint. They know their brand looks amateur. They have not fixed it because a proper brand identity costs $5,000 to $20,000 from an agency and takes weeks.
Build them a complete brand package in days. Logo, color system, brand kit, social media templates, product images, ad creatives. Charge $3,000 to $5,000 per package. Your cost to deliver is a $20 a month ChatGPT subscription and your time. A traditional agency charges the same price and spends $55,000 to $73,000 a year on the designer who does the work. Your margins are the entire fee minus $20.
Step 2: (This is where the real money is.)
A beautiful brand that nobody can find online is a storefront on a street with no foot traffic. Every business you brand also needs to show up when customers search for them, and not just on Google. On ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, and the AI agents that are increasingly making purchasing decisions on behalf of buyers.

Show them exactly what ChatGPT and Google AI currently return when a customer searches for their service. Show them the gaps. Show them the competitors who are showing up instead. Then offer to fix it (just use SEO Stuff to do it for you: https://www.seo-stuff.com).
