They say one year at Amazon is like five elsewhere, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s a crash course in managing scale and complexity, thinking big, and staying relentlessly focused on the customer.
This journey has been truly transformative. As Editor of AboutAmazon.in, I had the rare opportunity to bring editorial and storytelling skills into a corporate newsroom setting, and I learned a great deal in the process.
