These aren’t just roles — they’re launchpads. You’ll wear many hats, move fast, and get to shape a product and company from the ground up 🚀
Roles we’re hiring for:
1. Brand & Agency Partnerships – Drive growth by onboarding and matching top brands with the right marketing & creative experts, while automating key workflows! Build valuable relations with industry leaders.
2. Social Media Marketer – Lead our content and community efforts! Work with our freelance/agency network to ship high-engagement posts, grow reach, and build the SuperStuff voice.
3. Product Marketing – Shape how the world sees and interacts with SuperStuff. Own positioning, storytelling, and GTM strategy across key channels and launches. Think and act product first.
4. Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition – Discover and match marketing and creative leaders with some of the most exciting companies. Leverage our AI tools to build efficient, high-conversion hiring pipelines.
5. Ruby on Rails Dev (fractional) – Help ship high-impact features fast. If there's a fit, grow into a core tech team member within 60 days. Extra points if you’ve built with Hotwire! 🔥
6. No-code Automation Expert – Project-based role to build and test smart workflows and MVPs across ops, product, and marketing.
7. AI / Chatbot Specialist – Train and evolve our in-house AI co-pilot. Improve recommendations, workflows, and user interaction logic.
💰 CTC is up to INR 6L p.a for most of these roles. We’re also open to more senior folks — if you are an experienced startup leader, or specialist who can move fast with a startup! 🏃♀️🏃🏻♂️
