With the founder currently managing a health recovery, there's a need for a capable and compassionate marketing professional to guide strategic growth and brand presence.
🎯 Role Overview
📢 Develop and execute marketing campaigns for hero products like a sunburn rescue spray
📱 Manage Instagram, TikTok, and email content creation and scheduling
🎨 Design visuals or coordinate with creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
🔍 Optimize product listings and descriptions for SEO and conversions
🛒 Support and advise on e-commerce strategies (Shopify or similar)
📊 Monitor performance data and adjust marketing tactics
✍️ Contribute to blog content focused on skincare and holistic wellness
🤝 Coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing efforts
🚀 Translate founder’s creative vision into actionable marketing steps
👤 Ideal Profile
💼 Background in digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce (experience in wellness or skincare is a plus)
💬 Communicates clearly, works independently, and meets deadlines
🤗 Comfortable navigating flexible schedules and collaborative, health-conscious environments
🛠️ Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Later or Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Squarespace
✂️ Knowledge of SEO content strategy and basic photo or video editing
