I’m sharing this to warn fellow consumers and call for accountability from Blinkit.
Recently, I ordered a RoarX 240W 4-in-1 Fast Charging Cable (₹449) through Blinkit – a product I urgently needed.
What I received instead?
A cheap 25W white cable – completely different from what I ordered, and worth far less.
This was a prepaid order. I contacted customer support and provided proof.
They responded initially, then closed the chat without resolving anything.

This raises a serious concern:
> Is this how Blinkit handles out-of-stock items – by sending random, lower-value products and hoping customers don’t notice or won’t complain?
We trust Blinkit for speed and reliability, especially in urgent situations. But this experience felt less like a mistake, and more like a deliberate attempt to cut corners – at the consumer’s expense.
Blinkit, this isn’t just poor service. This is a breach of trust.
If you've faced something similar, speak up. We deserve better from the platforms we rely on.
