Atlys lost my passport. And no one seems to care.

Calling them out for gross negligence.

I sent it to them on March 12 for a China visa. It’s been over a month, and I still don’t have it back.

What followed has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a service:
– No support email
– No helpline
– No one to speak to
– Just an in-app chat that keeps saying “We’ve escalated this to the relevant team.”

I’ve tried everything, followed up endlessly, messaged team members, waited patiently. Nothing.

It’s reached a point where I’ve had to file an FIR and report my passport as officially lost.

I’m not writing this out of anger. I’m writing this because this is deeply irresponsible.

You can’t be in the business of handling people’s most critical documents and then disappear.

Please, if you’re considering using Atlys!
maybe use them for e-visas. But if your passport has to be physically sent, do not take the risk.

I hope someone from Atlys sees this. Because silence isn’t just bad service, it’s a complete failure of responsibility.
