This blend of digital curiosity and physical validation opens up a deep, exciting challenge for Product Managers and UI / UX Designers - How do we create a seamless, delightful experience that doesn't end when the user closes the app or leaves the website, but continues to guide, assist, and convert across channels — mobile, web, in-store, or at-home?
