What’s changed?
I ask because sometimes we think we are growing, but the evidence is hiding.
Did you pick up a new skill?
Have you dropped a bad habit?
Are you treating yourself with a little more kindness?
Is your email style different now?
Do you greet people with smile now?
Do you LISTEN better now?
Did you notice the number of flowers in the garden you walk past daily?
It could be something small but powerful. Like finally having that tough conversation you kept avoiding, or choosing rest over burnout.
Maybe six months ago, you hit snooze three times. Now, you’re up before the alarm (sometimes).
Maybe six months ago, you avoided tough conversations. Now, you face them head-on (most days).
Maybe six months ago, your to-do list was a mess. Now, you actually finish it (some days).
Maybe six months ago, you need to be told what to do at work. Now you take the initiative (a few days).
Progress isn’t a trophy.
It’s a collection of moments.
A stack of “I tried something new”.
And “I showed up differently.”
So, what’s your evidence? What little wins and shifts have you stacked up in the past 6 months?
If you can’t find any, don’t panic.
Six months is a blink.
And tomorrow is a fresh page.
But if you have even one thing, one new way, one different choice, that’s proof enough.
Proof that change isn’t just a buzzword.
It’s a habit.
And you?
You’re already on your way.
