After an incredible 1.5-year journey, I’m moving on from Gushwork.

As a founding engineer, it’s been an immensely rewarding experience to build from the ground up alongside Nayrhit B
, Adithya Venkatesh
, and Punit Pal. I learned deeply about building agentic workflows, applying AI meaningfully, and thinking from the lens of the end user.

Over time, I found myself increasingly curious about how humans learn, how we make sense of ideas, ask questions, and build understanding. That curiosity kept pulling me toward education. Even as I enjoyed working with AI, I felt a strong desire to explore how children think and learn, because in many ways, we never really stop learning.

As a first step, I began teaching at a local school, just two hours a week. It was a small commitment, but it quickly became a very fulfilling part of my week. The students’ questions, often surprisingly profound, reignited my curiosity and challenged many of the assumptions I had long taken for granted.

That experience reaffirmed what I had always felt: education is where I truly belong. It’s not just about teaching, it’s about enabling growth, both personal and collective. Education shapes how individuals think, question, and contribute. It lays the foundation for every field, every innovation, and every solution our world needs.

AI will become a powerful enabler in this space. It will personalize the learning journey, adapt to a student’s strengths and gaps, and act as a behind-the-scenes assistant to the many teachers who work tirelessly to support their students. I also see a future where educational content becomes dynamic and interactive, adapting to the learner’s pace, interest, and engagement.

With this vision, I’ve been building Quazar (www.quazaredu.com), a platform designed to make learning personalised, interactive, and intuitive. Quazar is built to support both students and teachers alike, empowering educators to design rich, engaging learning journeys, and helping students understand complex concepts in ways that make the most sense to them.
Here are some of the demo courses I’ve built. My students have been thoroughly enjoying them and are already asking for more:

1. Log in to students.quazaredu.com
2. Put in the class code

Classes:
Physics 1 -> Class Code: PHYSIX
Python for Kids - > Class Code: PYTHON
(Currently not adjusted for mobile screens)

And to borrow wisdom from the best in science:

"The only source of knowledge is experience."   — Albert Einstein

Let’s reimagine education. 🚀
