A couple of years ago, I had the privilege of launching the TiE NJ Nurture program with Pravin and Sanjay. After a decade as an entrepreneur—and over two decades immersed in the TiE ecosystem across NJ, Pune, Boston, and the Bay Area—I was eager to give back by helping early-stage founders through a more structured platform. Three successful cohorts later, the energy, ambition, and vision of entrepreneurs have inspired me deeply.
