A brand (ShopDeck) reached out to me, promising to take website building, backend operations, and marketing off my plate - all with a “decent ROAS guarantee.” (For one of our portfolio brands)

Sounded interesting. Within two days, their team convinced (read: tortured) me into paying a ₹5000 deposit.

Fair enough, I thought. Let’s see what they can do.

And then… radio silence.

It’s been 35+ days now. Calls? Ignored. Updates? Non-existent. The last real conversation I had with them was before I paid.

ShopDeck , if this is how you treat your paying customers, I wonder how many more are stuck in the same loop.

If your business model includes ghosting clients after collecting their money, you might want to reconsider your “decent ROAS” promise.

At this point, I’m genuinely curious - has anyone actually had a good experience with these guys? Or am I just another entry in their “convince, collect, disappear” playbook?
