I turned my LinkedIn profile into a lead machine and made $4,640 in October.

How? With a system anyone can follow.

Just a few months ago, I struggled to create content that brought:

No leads, No engagement, No growth in followers.

But after months of trial and error, I nailed down a system that worked for me and for my clients.

Here’s the exact process, step by step:

Step 1: Find your topic.

- Write down a topic you love and have insight into (freelancing, remote work, marketing) whatever drives you.
- Then, list 3 things you can teach or share about it.

Step 2: Research viral posts

Once you have your topic, look up viral posts for inspiration.
- I used tools like Taplio, Supergrow, and Kleo
- Or if you’re on Instagram, check out popular Reels for content ideas.

Step 3: Search for problems.

- Research the questions and challenges people have about your topic.
- Use tools like AnswerThePublic and Quora to see what real people are asking.

Step 4: Write engaging content

- With your topic and a list of problems in hand, focus on writing solutions.
- Use the C-A-R-S framework: Creativity, Authority, Relevancy, and Sales Strategy to make your posts stand out.

Step 5: Create a list of people to engage with

- Don’t engage with everyone. Make a list of both big and small creators, plus your ideal clients.
- Also, track the engagement on your posts and see what works.

Step 6: Personalize Your Outreach

- Use Sales Navigator to create a targeted list.
- Send 5 meaningful DMs every day. Starting real conversations is how you turn connections into clients.

With these steps, I grew my audience to 22.5k and generated millions of impressions and a steady streams of leads.

If I had to start from scratch, I’d do it exactly this way.

P.S. S. Which step did you find most helpful (Step 1-5)?
