It's been 3 years of running Emerge Digital Now.

This journey has triggered a lot in me, 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗱. The pressure I
put on myself to be here is almost unbearable.

I share this to be transparent with my journey and challenges. Though My
challenges are my own and I take full responsibility.
I will share some insights I got from this journey of self-discovery and things
that I reflect on in general.
Maybe it can help someone or just make you feel less alone in your struggles. So
here are some things I realized.
#1. Life is a journey of self-discovery. I have not arrived yet and everyday I
evolve and discover new things about myself.
#2. My fear of not living up to my own and others expectations are real.
#3. Maybe I even fear success. How crazy is that?
#4. Empathy is the foundation for good communication, leadership and relations.
With no empathy, no connection.
#5 Always put yourself in shoe of your client, as they are more insecure than
you, think of their stress and uncertainty
#6. Setting clear expectations and opening up the process with your client,
makes them to trust you.
#7 You cannot provide a good solution to a client, if you don’t understand their
business at a core. So spend time with them and give a honest solution to their
#8 Anything you Design should be based upon an explicit understanding of users,
tasks, and environments.
#9. I am like anyone else. I just want to be seen, heard and understood. For me
that is core in human relations.
#10: Despite all this there are still people out there who like me for who I am
and appreciate my work. I know external validation shouldn't matter, but yes It
matters to some extent and it feels wonderful to have people appreciate what I
#11 I still get goosebumps when I have something very challenging to work on.
# 12 In Spite of having a set process and system , I still try to find new ways
of doing things. Break it apart and discovery new ways .
#13 Never STOP LEARNING
