See the thing is grass is always greener on the side.

when we all used to work for more than 10 hours perday and crave for Saturday and sundays and when we have got days when we can chill out with family and can do work om our own pace, some of us has started cursing it.

Although it is tough time for every country to fight against this coronavirus and get back om track but this lockdown period can prove to be a launching pad for better future.

Currently I am doing an internship, a work from home, and to my experience I am completely enjoying it, see the thing is it all depend upon how your boss is and how your organisation is.

Mine is too good and Yes i am statisfied with work from home.

Work form home is a term given for allowing employees to work from home rather then coming to office for the set amount of time.

During work from home the employee can stay at their home and can complete the assigned task and still attend meeting either through video conferencing or call conferencing.

In recent time this new way is proving to be best way to increase employee productivity as sometime normal working hour can prove to be monotonous for the employee and adopting such policies companies can break the stereotype.
