An entrepreneur is basically a person who organises and establishes his own business venture and assumes all risks associated with it. In order to grow and take business to next level an entrepreneur needs a team who can assist or help the entrepreneurial venture to reach new heights. An entrepreneur cannot alone manage and do all business tasks, so he needs a team who can work tirelessly towards achieving organizational goal therefore entrepreneurial leadership is the process through which entrepreneur guides, motivate and influence employees to achieve organizational objectives. Leadership acts as a fuel that lead to growth of the business. In order to be a effective leader an entrepreneur must make his employees believe in hard work and build their trust. Through this entrepreneur can easily gain confidence of employees and this  leads to employees satisfation and they work harder. Qualities of entrepreneurial leader are :

  1. Leader should know who thge are and improve themselves to be a person that is required to make business successful.
  2. Leaders should be committed tp their employees and help them enhance their skills and talent so that they can better serve the company. 
  3. Leaders should encourage to generation of new and innovative ideas. They cam do this by organizing discussions, brainstorming activities about launching new product or strategy. Which  a company can undertake to make business successful.
