1. BE REALLY GOOD AT WHAT YOU TEACH :
This has to do with the knowledge about the subject you are teaching on YouTube, It is a compulsion to have done it in past. Believe me, When you speak about something you have ACTUALLY DONE, audience will connect with you more and you would become the authority figure in whatever area you are an expert in. So, Focus on your Content and Content Delivery.
2. OUT OF CONTENT IDEAS? ASK THE AUDIENCE.
If you think that I am focusing upon Increasing Subscribers, I AM NOT. I definitely measure my progress, but not being obsessed about 'THE NUMBERS' gave me a chance to create content which AUDIENCE WANTED TO HEAR and that automatically helped me increase my numbers. So, if you are someone who is stuck just because you don't have Content Ideas, run a Poll in your community, take survey and collate ideas to create videos. That way you will really solve a problem and gain subscribers/followers/traction/Genuine Audience. (What if you don't have any audience), RUN AN AD AND COLLECT YOUR ANSWERS BRUH. (Audience wants content!)
3. MORE VIDEOS I PUT OUT, MORE TRACTION I RECEIVED.
It has to do with Consistency. It is a Universal principle which I don't need to explain much about. It should really come out from your inner self and should wake you up even if you Eyes are RED WITH BLOOD to Create Content for the audience!
