Even companies are also taking steps to help their employees, even though they are suffering from financial losses.
But salary cuts and freezing of hiring is the issue that is coming in front of employees and freshers.
I have seen on LinkedIn many first year MBA students loosing their summer internships due to this coronavirus pandemic.
I know one person from a renowned IIM who has got summer internships in a unicorn B2B startup and because of this he will lost a stipend of 70k per month.
But he is currently looking for an opportunity and lets hope for the best what will happen.
