Conflict refers to disagreement between one or more individuals related to a particular matter . Conflict is normal situation that occurs in an organization as in an organization a lot of people with different beliefs, values ,attitude and background work together for organizational goals so conflict is inevitable part of any business organization . Conflict is fueled by poor communication which lead to misunderstanding.
