What is "PESTLE" analysis?

Political: in this it is analyse that how government intervenes or policies can affect the organisation working, this can include their policies, political stability, labour laws ,taxes etc.

Economic Factors: This have significant impact on how the organisation is doing business and how profitable they are.

Social Factors: In this an analysis is to be made about the socio-culture factors and the areas that involve shared belief and attitude of the population.

Technological Factors: How the new and advance technologies will help in fast growth of the business and what are the new ways to producing, distributing and communicating with the market.

Environmental: In this analysis it is seen whether the product being manufactured is not harming the environment and is the organisation is doing business in ethical and sustainable way.

Legal Factors: These factors include health and safety, equal opportunities, advertising standards, consumer right and laws, product labelling and product safety.
