An inside entrepreneur or an intrapreneur is the one who works in a large organisation and takes an initiative to innovate a product or service. Intrapreneurs are the employees of the company who are assigned a special project, and they have to develop it just like an entrepreneur will do.They have entrepreneurial skills and it's his job to turn that special project into profitable output for the company. It gives employees the freedom to experiment, as well as the potential for their growth within an organization.Keeping these employees can help lead to innovation and growth. One basic difference between intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs is intrapreneurs use the company's capital or resources and entrepreneurs use their own resources.
