Together, marketing communications represent the collection of efforts made by the seller to convey his message to his buyers and to accept it in retrievable form. As we all know, marketing effectiveness depends significantly on communication effectiveness.The way a consumer perceives the market offering of the sales is mostly influenced by the amount and kind of information he has regarding the offering and his reaction to that information.Without any help of communication process, no marketing decisions can be easily implemented.A good marketing communication process provides flow of information from the consumer also.This is a two way process, not only flow between the seller and buyer.
