Diversity marketing focuses on creating effective communication methods and adjoining with each of the active diverse groups which are available in the market. It recognises the importance of cultural programming and also acknowledges the consumers accordingly, as different consumer groups have their own social and cultural experiences. Different cultural programming like types of tastes , expectations, interaction, styles , values and beliefs tends to be different from others as they require the creation of customized marketing strategies. As society has progressed , companies have learner that not everybody can be chalked up as the same as every person has different life experiences. Diversity marketing is employed by any business who wants to reach new customers in different groups whether they are social, cultural etc. It is important when companies want to interact with the global leaders as people in different countries might not react the same way.
