What are your thoughts on entrepreneurship?

Today entrepreneurship has become a key element of country's economic growth. Entrepreneurship does not create benefits for entrepreneurs only but it creates benefits for many as it creates job opportunities right from employees to suppliers who are responsible for the perfect execution of any business. 

Entrepreneurship helps provide the society the goods, products, services which are essential. It makes our lifestyle easier and enhances the standard of living of people. This why, the government is taking many initiatives for the development  of entrepreneurship in country and provision of every possible help for the budding entrepreneurship in the country. Make in India and Startup India Hub are such examples of initiatives.

Entrepreneurship also leads to innovation because if anyone wants to survive in the market, they need to have something innovative in their products & services. This also attracts many foreign investors, entrepreneurs & industrialists if the products/services have enough potential. This leads to economical integration from outsiders which is really helpful for India's overall economic growth. 

I guess that entrepreneurship and self-employment are about taking charge of your life. It gives you the power to create an impact!, You get paid for what you are actually worth, you get Independence and Challenges in the way, It makes you a better person.

Being entrepreneur, initially you are everything like HR manager, product manager, CEO etc. You have to give almost 18-22 hours a day to be a successful entrepreneurs.

As a entrepreneurs you should have patience, because it's not like you start a company today and it will become famous in a week or month. You have to give significant time to make an impression in the market. It's a long term game.
