What are the responsibilities of the business owner?

Everything including owning a business and if there are 24 employees that means the owner have the responsibility of 24 families. The owner also have the responsibility of their customers and vendors. The owner of the company have to be manage everything and thinking for the betterment of all the employees and customers.
