In a down economy, what can be the problems for the sales managers?

  • Good work ethic - Every person can make or break your career. Sales managers have to invest their time more efficiently. If they know that in what ways their work ethic will affect their day, week, month and year helps them keep focused.
  • Optimistic approach- If sales manager will think negatively, then they cannot be able to do their work properly. They should think positive when things are not easy, it will help them moving forward.
  • Integrity - Sales managers go mad and feel like they can break their moral rules. This is an unhealthy long term perspective. For long term, they have to keep their integrity .
