In order to achieve success, every group member must be involved in interaction. The co-workers should share the knowledge with one another. The interaction must not limited to work hours. They should spend time together outside of work also. 

The manager/leader must emphasize teamwork and collaboration among employees. He/she must acknowledge and celebrate employees for their efforts to work with each other and for their accomplishments when they do.
