Does getting an MBA make someone a better entrepreneur?

Where am I?

In StartupTalky you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

There is no compulsion like getting MBA degree is MUST when you want to go for business. If we see some of the most successful entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates and various such world-famous entrepreneurs who changed the world, none of them has an MBA degree and some of them are even college dropouts. There is no such rule that you require a specific degree to become an entrepreneur, open up a startup, and change the world with your business idea.
An experienced entrepreneur is better than a formal MBA entrepreneur. The reason is that entrepreneurship is all about experimenting with ideas, learning from mistakes, and optimize the ways for sustainability in the market.

On the other hand, all the world famous entrepreneurs who do not have MBA degree, they have the experience to back them up. They experimented, failed, and learned. But there are few examples of such successful entrepreneurs. But the hidden truth is all the big companies they represent as the faces of the organizations, there are multiple MBA guys and girls working in the organization to keep it all together.
