Would you rather have a stock of Amazon ($3000+) or a DSLR Camera ($900)?

In late 2018, I was thinking of either buying Amazon stock for around
$1000/share or a new camera.

Obviously, a camera is a depreciating asset. Amazon? Not so much.

But the decision was deeper than a stock vs a camera.

It was betting on myself vs anyone else.

If I was willing to invest $1000 into Amazon, Tesla, Apple, or any other stock,
and not myself, what was that saying about the belief I had in me?

I started to switch my mindset and invested every dollar from that day forward
into myself and my company before investing in anyone else.

As a result instead of turning $1000 to $3000, that $900 investment helped me
generate 6-figures worth of new business from a simple camera.

So now, is that camera still a depreciating asset? Or a gold mind?πŸ˜‰

Bet on yourself first. If you don't, who else will?
