to share here.
The question was:
“I’m a marketing manager and meeting with the new CEO for the first time this
week. Any tips and guidance from past experiences you can provide on how to
approach the first meeting?”
Here’s Peter’s answer. Good advice from someone who is now CEO and was CMO of a
$2B company in a past life.
