When you narrow your focus, how do you make sure you haven't just created an
echo chamber?
How you ensure the widest view so you can make the best choices?

My answer is - before you narrow your focus, you gotta become a generalist and
find out where you wanna be.

When you know where you wanna be, things become clearer.

So you look at who can take you there and go with that.

But talking to your clients and customers is the key.
This is what actually sets the direction.

And they give you the answer if you're on the right track.
